Sourcing & Screening
Sourcing and preliminary screening of candidates, evaluate
suitability for interview
Face to Face Interview
Determine a candidate's motivational & interpersonal
skills. Assess job suitability, resilience, active listening
skills, teamwork, commitment to superior customer service
and ability to adjust to life as a crew member.
Reference Checking
Mandatory two (2) per candidate. Determine in depth, areas
of strengths, job fit criteria and experience qualification
Integrate on the M/BRAZIL database
All successful applicants are placed on the database which
is updated frequently for immediate availability accuracy.
M/BRAZIL Induction
- All successful candidates are required to attend company
specific and tailored induction to assist with the integration
of adjustment to "life on board and abroad"
Application Finalisation
- Assist with medical co ordination where applicable
- Further application verification i.e. record checks
- Coordinate visa application
Follow-Up Procedures
- M/BRAZIL validates the work performance
and client satisfaction of all applicants during probationary
period
